All fares and offers are for new bookings only, subject to availability, may not be combinable with other offers, are capacity controlled and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. 2-for-1 Fares are based on published Full Brochure Fares; fares may not include cruise-related Prepaid Charges, Optional Facilities and Services Fees, and personal charges, as defined in the Terms and Conditions of the Guest Ticket Contract. Full Brochure Fares may not have resulted in actual sales in all suite categories and may not have been in effect during the last 90 days. Promotional fares may remain in effect after the expiration date. FREE Air promotion applies to economy, roundtrip flights only from select U.S. & Canadian gateways: ATL, BOS, CLT, DEN, DFW, EWR, HNL, IAD, IAH, JFK, LAX, LGA, MCO, MIA, MSP, ORD, PHL, PHX, SAN, SAV, SEA, SFO, TPA, YOW (thru 3/31/12 only), YUL, YVR and YYZ. Beginning with the following cruises, FLL, PBI and YYC will be added to the list of FREE gateways: Seven Seas Mariner April 2, 2012, Seven Seas Voyager April 16, 2012 and Seven Seas Navigator May 30, 2012. Advertised fare includes all air surcharges, airline fees and air-related government taxes. Airline imposed baggage charges may apply. Air add-ons apply for other gateways and for additional guests in the suite. Air routing, scheduling and air carrier are at the discretion of Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Business Class Air upgrades where offered apply to international flights from the select U.S. and Canadian gateways mentioned above (there is a supplement for Business Class Upgrades for flights beginning or ending in HNL) and may not apply to U.S. domestic or intra-continental flights within North America, Europe, South America, Asia or Africa. Business Class Air upgrade fares above are one way and may require a complimentary hotel night. FREE Luxury Hotel Package offer where specified applies for guests 1 and 2 only and includes breakfast, porterage and transfers from airport to hotel and hotel to ship. Cruise-only guests will receive a transfer from hotel to ship only. A city tour the day of embarkation is not included. A supplement of $300 per person applies for 3 or more guests. Guests sailing in Penthouse Suites and higher will receive an upgraded room or a more deluxe hotel properly. Meals, laundry, telephone calls, gratuities and other personal items, unless specifically noted, are not included and are the responsibility of the guest. Regent Seven Seas Cruises reserves the right to cancel the availability of any hotel included in the program. FREE Unlimited Shore Excursion Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. A supplement will apply on Regent Choice excursions and excludes Private Arrangements and all Adventures Ashore programs. Restrictions apply and penalties apply 36 hours prior to shore excursion start date. Kids sail from promotion available on select voyages is per person cruise only, as 3rd and/or 4th guest in a suite when accompanied by an adult, 21 years of age or older, and includes FREE Unlimited Shore Excursions and is subject to all terms and conditions contained herein. FREE Air and Air Upgrade Offers are not combinable with 3rd and/or 4th guests in a suite.
